Over 700,000 Orange County residents are members of the 20 year-old health plan, CalOptima; which administers government healthcare programs including Medi-Care and Medi-Cal. The people CalOptima serves include low-income families, seniors, and people with disabilities. CalOptima CEO Michael Shrader and Communications Director Bridget Kelly join KSBR News Director Dawn Kamber on this edition of "Collage."
