Collage: ALS Association Orange County

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis [ALS]; also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease is a degenerative disease that usually attacks both upper and lower motor neurons and causes degeneration throughout the brain and spinal cord. The ALS Orange County Chapter supports 160 families who have a family member with the disease. Chapter Executive Director Jared Mullins and ALS patient Peggy Friend along with her childern Jennifer and Jack join KSBR News Director Dawn Kamber on this edition of “Collage.”
